SUN! Welcome to the PaSaRyu of Oklahoma website. We are located in Wilburton, Oklahoma. We have students from Panola, Wilburton, Red Oak, and the surrounding areas. Our site is designed to inform you about our schools and our martial art style, PaSaRyu; a style of karate designed for people of all ages and of all body types and structures.

Word From the Instructor

This is a little note for everyone....PaSaRyu Martial Arts are for people ages 5 and up. Men, women, boys and girls are welcome. As you have read in some of the previous posts, we have moved to a larger building. This will allow me to train more students in a less crowded facility. My goal is to pass on my knowledge to as many students as possible. I want to be able to provide an activity for the people around the Wilburton and Poteau, OK. areas. With very little to do, I am hoping to provide an activity that will keep a lot of kids out of trouble.

I will train anyone in the style of PaSaRyu Karate as a means of self defense. As it is told to every student, this is taught as self defense and self defense only. Any student that uses this as a means to start trouble or cause harm to anyone, not in a self defense situation, will not be allowed to continue training in the PaSaRyu of Oklahoma facilities.

The monthly tuition is very affordable because I would rather train more students at a lower cost than a few students at a higher cost.

Mack has been chosen to be student of the month because out his outstanding dedication and willingness to learn martial arts. He tries to attend every class and is there on time. He shows enthusiasm when performing his kata and stances. He works on improving certain items when told to without any question. He works on his requirements constantly. Mack will become a very good martial artist, if he continues his training with the same attitude that he has had so far.
